Memorial Day 2008 weekend trip and family reunion

Immediately after returning from Virginia and North Carolina, we did a quick trip to Washington State to attend a family reunion held at Aunt Lorene's farm in Glenwood, WA, on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.  The travel began going to Logan to be a part of Krysta's wedding on Thursday, May 24th.  On our way, we stopped at the Ogden cemetery where my parents are buried,then on to the wedding festivities.  After the reception, we traveled to stay at a motel in Tremonton.  On Friday, we drove through to The Dalles, OR, where we we had accommodations for three nights.   On Saturday, we drove to Glenwood to the reunion. As we returned to our motel in The Dalles, we connected with another cousin, Marylin, in the evening.  On Sunday, we went to church in the White Salmon ward, and then returned to Glenwood, spending some time at the cemetery and returning to visit further with cousin Kathleen.  On Monday, we began the trek home, attending a couple of temples on our way.  We stayed Meridian, ID, Monday night and went to that temple first thing Tuesday morning.  On Tuesday afternoon also did a temple session at Twin Falls, ID.

Logan temple.  Thursday was the wedding day for Krysta and her fiance Nathan G in the Logan temple.  We enjoyed that ceremony, and also their reception in the USU Alumni House.
