child welfare, particularly family-based programs to prevent child maltreatment,
child welfare management information systems, manpower and staff utilization,
program effectiveness evaluation.
Employment history: Retired, formerly manager in state child welfare
agency, adjunct professor appointment at university, consultant.

special assignment to upgrade Venturing in the stake; also Stake Venturing
Officer’s Association (VOA) Advisor; also ward 11 year old scout leader.
